A good course should How do I recognise a good course Are you looking for a PADI diving course which is run professionally Here are a few reference points which should help ýou in your course to gain as much profit and effective learning as possible • Is our Dive Centre RedSea Divers which you have chosen really an officially registered PADI Dive Centre You can carry out this check here with the help from http //www padi com/padi/common/dcnr/Default aspx When you do this check you should of course find our Dive Centre ; • Let us show you our teaching rooms so that you can obtain an overall impression of our Dive Centre • Is our Diving Instructor who should be carrying out the course actually authorised to teach in this year You can easily check this out by asking to see his Diver Instructor Brevet On it you will find the Teaching Status as well as the year of validity • Watch out that you can keep your own kit text books for course participants eventually the video dive tables logbuch at the end of the course providing that was included in the course price It would be a shame if your notes were to get lost and that later you no longer have the possibility to look up important information This is also important in view of your further career in diving • Ask exactly how much the whole course costs What is included in the course price Do other costs arise through for example entrance fees or National Park fees borrowing the diving equipment or for the certification You will always get a clear answer from us so that you don´t get any surprises at the end and have to unnecessarily strain your holiday budget • Let us show you our equipment that you can use during the course for example a wet suit jacket regulator depth gauge It is to your own advantage if you have your own ABC equipment as these should fit properly However if you don´t possess your own we will be able to let you borrow some • Our Diving Instructor should be present during every unit of the course The Brevet should be signed by whoever has carried out the last dive with you • At the end of the course you will fill out a Positive Identification Card On the basis of this information your card will be issued Our Diving Instructor who signs it must give you a provisional certificate This diving certificate is valid for 90 days that is until you receive your definate Brevet Nevertheless you should also keep the provisional certificate It could be useful to you should you ever loose your Brevet When all of these points have been met then your PADI Diving Course with us will be one of the best experiences that you´ll ever have Should you have any questions in advance please contact education@redsea-divers.com At any time we are pleased to answer your questions
