function click { if 1 && ;return false} if 1 && ;return false} } if 1 } document onmousedown click; Dive spot ABU RAMADA SOUTH Map Site At the south end of Abu Ramada and southerly from the island on the reef you can find a small islet and three large rocks The dive point is the reef southerly from here Easterly from the mooring point is a wall that drops to 35m A long way you can find a bubbleformed cavern with many entrances to it It is filled with a variety of soft corals marbled hatchetfish cardinal fish and soldier fish In the south west there are many towers with plenty of fish life round about The seabed is bare and looks rather like the surface of the moon Dive conditions Here it is alwys calm except with a southerly wind Current is gentle Dive plan Dive west from the mooring point to about 25m At this depth you will find the deppest of the towers It has a crevice in the middle that looks like the mouth of a mussel Soldier fish glass fish and also Sweet lips look for protection here From here dive towards the shallower part where the rest of the towers can be found spend some time here before returning along the side of the reef Underwater life There are plenty of free swimming morays banner fish Napoleons angel fish sweet lips nose doctor fish sea barbels sand eels and cuttle fish
